AN ACT

to repeal the Niue Island Impounding Ordinance 1967

1 Short title

(1) This Act may be cited as the Niue Island Impounding (Repeal) Act 1998.

2 Niue Island Impounding Ordinance 1967 repealed

(1) The Niue Island Impounding Ordinance 1967 is repealed.

The Niue Assembly passed this Act on the 3rd day of June 1998.
