An Act to amend the Civil List Act 2009
1 Name
This is the Civil List Amendment Act 2011.
2 Interpretation
In this Act "principal Act" means the Civil List Act 2009.
3 Schedule of the principal Act amended
Part 1 – Remuneration of the Schedule of the principal Act is repealed and replaced by the following:–
PART 1 – REMUNERATION
| Office | Rate of Remuneration |
| Premier | $ 75,055 a year |
| Minister | $ 51,009 a year |
| Member assisting a Minister | $ 39,315 a year |
| Member | $ 26,179 a year |
| Speaker | $ 30,731 a year |
