An Act to amend certain enactments of the General Assembly of New Zealand

1. Short Title -This Act may be cited as the Statutes Amendment Act 1940.

Industrial and Provident Societies

18. (1) This subsection amended the proviso to para. (e) of s. 9 of the principal Act.

(2) This subsection amended s. 2 (1) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1919.
