An Act to amend the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

[27 October 1965

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 1965, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908.

2. This section added subss. (4) and (5) to s. 33 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1939.
