REPUBLIC OF NAURU

LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 1973

LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (PRACTISING CERTIFICATES) (FEES) REGULATIONS 1973

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on me by section 23 of the Legal Practitioners Act 1973, I hereby make the following Regulations -

SHORT TITLE

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Practising Certificates) (Fees) Regulations 1973 and shall come into force on the same date on which the Act comes into force.

FEES

2. The fees payable to the Registrar by practitioners for the issue of practising certificates shall be those set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
