An Act to amend the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Organised Crime Act 2004.
Certified on 18 November 2010
Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Organised Crime (Amendment) Act 2010.
This Act commences on the date the Speaker certifies that it has been passed by Parliament under Article 47.
The Schedule amends the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Organised Crime Act 2004.
