§201. Short title.

This Chapter may be cited as the Public Service Commission Compensation Act 1983. [P.L. 1983-14, §1.]

§202. Public Service Commission compensation.

The Chairman and members of the Public Service Commission shall receive their salaries as follows:

(a) the Chairman of the Public Service Commission shall receive a salary of $30,000 per annum; and

(b) the members of the Public Service Commission shall receive a salary of $27,000 per annum; and

(c) the Chairman and members of the Public Service Commission shall be entitled to other benefits normally accorded by employees of the Public Service, except for annual and sick leave.
