The Journal of South Pacific Law is a specialised on-line journal of the University of the South Pacific School of Law. We publish a wide range of legal materials with a focus on laws of the South Pacific region and on issues of interest to legal researchers within the region. All articles appearing in the Journal are refereed by scholars with extensive background in the region and its diverse legal systems. The editors welcome submissions to the journal and refer potential contributors to the submission information on this site.
