About the Melanesian Law Journal

The journal, as a matter of policy, publishes articles or other material relating to Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific region. However, articles dealing with general legal/jurisprudential issues having an international or comparative appeal will also be published from time to time.

 

The views expressed in any article and review are those of the individual author and do not necessarily represent the views of the Editorial Board or the Faculty of Law.

Publication Dates

The Melanesian Law Journal is published once a year by the School of Law, University of Papua New Guinea although, from time to time, special issues may also be published or two issues may be combined.

Information for Contributors

Contributors submitting articles or other material for consideration and publication should send one printed copy and a diskette (preferably done using Microsoft Word 6.0). Notice of acceptance or rejection of material submitted will be sent as soon as a decision is made by the Editorial Board.
