AN ACT
TO SUSPEND THE OPERATION OF THE WAGES REGULATION (MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY) ORDER, 1986

ENACTED
by the Parliament of Fiji-
Short title
1.
This Act may be cited as the Wages Regulation (Manufacturing Industry) Order,
1986 (Suspension) Act, 1986.
Suspension of operation of order
2.
Notwithstanding section 8(3) of the Wages Councils Act and clause 1 of the Wages
Regulation (Manufacturing Industry) Order, 1986, the effect of that Order shall
be suspended until a date
specified by the Minister by notice in the
Gazette.

Representatives this fifth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand,
nine hundred and
eighty-six.
Passed by the Senate
this seventeenth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine
hundred and eighty-six.
