REPUBLIC OF FIJI MILITARY FORCES (BASIC PAY) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006
IN exercise of the powers
conferred upon me by section 42 of the Republic of Fiji Military Force Act, I
make these Regulations -
Citation Etc
1.-(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Republic of Fiji Military Force (Basic
Pay) (Amendment) Regulations
2006.
(2) The revised basic pay
set out in the Schedule is to cover the three percent COLA pay increase to be
effective from 1st January
2006.
(3) The three percent COLA
pay does not apply to members in the Territorial Forces, Reserve and Reserve
Officers.
Schedule replaced
2.
The Schedule to the Republic of Fiji Military Force (Basic Pay) Regulations is
revoked and substituted by the following Schedule.
