FIJI MILITARY FORCES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1992

IN exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 67 of the Royal Fiji Military Forces Act, I have made the following Regulations:

Short title, interpretation

1.-(1) These regulations may be cited as the Royal Fiji Military Forces (Amendment) Regulations, 1992.

(2) In these Regulations the Royal Fiji Military Regulations is reffered to as the "principal regulations".

Regulation 19 amended

2. Regulation 19 of the principal regulations is amended by:

(a) substituting the figure "55"for the figure "47" in paragraph 1(a);

(b) substituting the figure "55" for the figure "50" in paragraph 1 (b); and

(c) substituting the figure "55" for the figure "50" in paragraph 1 (c).

Coming into force

3. These Regulations shall come into force on the date it is published in the Fiji Republic Gazette.
