AN ACT

TO AMEND THE ROYAL FIJI MILITARY FORCES ACT (11/92)

[3 June, 1992]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji.

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Royal Fiji Military Forces (Amendment) Act, 1992 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of June 1992.

Interpretation

2. In this Act the Royal Fiji Military Forces Act is referred to as "the principal Act".

Sections 18 and 19 amended

3. Sections 18 and 19 of the principal Act are amended by substituting the word "students" for the word "boys" in the fifth line of Section 18 and in the first line of Section 19 respectively.

Passed by the House of Representatives this tenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-two.

Passed by the Senate this sixteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-two.
