PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1999

AN ACT


TO AMEND THE PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES ACT


ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands –


Short title and commencement


1. (1) This Act maybe cited as the Prescription of Salaries (Amendment) Act 1999.


(2) This Act is deemed to have commenced on 1st January 1999.


Schedule amended


2. The Prescription of Salaries Act (Cap. 2) is amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following new Schedule –
