AN ACT
TO AMEND THE PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES ACT
[1 January 1996]
ENACTED
by the Parliament of Fiji -
Short title
1.
This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Salaries (Amendment) Act,
1997.
Commencement
2.
This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January,
1996.
Schedule amended
3.
The Schedule to the Prescription of Salaries Act (Chapter 2) is amended by
substituting for the figures in Column 2 of the following
Table in relation to
an office specification in Column 1 of the Table the figures in Column 3 of that
Table in relation to that office:
