AN ACT

TO AMEND THE PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES ACT

(1 January 1993)

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji

Short title and commencement

1. This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Salaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1993 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January 1993.

Schedule amended

2. The Schedule to the Prescription of Salaries Act is amended by deleting the reference to the office, words and figures" Judge of the Court of Appeal ...... 150 per day."

Passed by the house of Representatives this twenty-ninth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-three.

Passed by the Senate this twelfth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-three.
