Proclaimation of Appointments of Acting Chief Justice

REPUBLIC OF FIJI

INTERIM GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE FIJI ISLANDS

PROCLAMATION OF APPOINTMENTS OF ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE

IN accordance with clause 132(3) (a) of the Constitution of the Republic of the Fiji Islands and upon the recommendation of Judicial Services Commission following consultation by it with the Minister for Justice, I, Josefa Iloilovatu Uluivuda, President of the Republic of the Fiji Islands, do hereby appoint the:

HON ANTHONY HAROLD CUMBERLAND THOMAS GATES

a Judge of the High Court of the Fiji Islands as:

ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE FIJI ISLANDS
