AN ACT

TO AMEND THE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ACT

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Public Holidays (Amendment) Act 2003.

Certain days to be holidays

2. Section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Act (Cap. 101) is amended by inserting "unless any other day is specified" after "following Monday".

Passed by the House of Representatives this 8th day of May 2003.
Passed by the Senate this 28th day of May 2003.
