MARINE (REGISTRATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sections 54 and 212 of the Marine Act 1986, I make these Regulations -

Citation etc.

1.-(1) These Regulation may be cited as the Marine (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2006.

(2) In these Regulations, the Marine (Registration) Regulations 1991 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

Regulation 13 amended

2. Regulation 13 to the Principal Regulations is amended -

(a) by renumbering Regulation 13 as subregulation (1);

(b) by adding the following subregulation -

"(2) The prescribed fee for the change of ownership is $203.81".

Regulation 16 amended.

1. Regulation 16(3) to the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting "$50" and substituting "$62.50".

Regulation 18 amended

2. Regulation 18(2) to the Principal Regulations is amended by deleting "50 cents" and substituting "63 cents".

Regulation 19 amended

3. Regulation 19 to the Principal Regulations is amended -

(a) in subregulation (2), by -

(i) deleting "1.00" and substituting "$1.25"; and

(ii) deleting "$1.00" and substituting "$125".

(b) in subregulation (4), by deleting "$75" and substituting "$93.75".
