MARINE (SURVEY FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006
IN exercise of the powers
conferred upon me under Sections 94(1) and 212 of the Marine Act 1986, I make
these Regulations -
Citation
1.-(1) These Regulations
maybe cited as the Marine (Survey Fees) (Amendment) Regulations
2006.
(2) In these Regulations,
the Marine (Survey Fees) Regulations 1990 are referred to as the Principal
Regulations.
Schedule 2 substituted
2. The Principal
Regulations are amended by revoking Schedule 2 and substituting the following -
