Marine (Pilotage Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Sections 201 and 212 of the Marine Act 1986, I make these Regulations -

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Marine (Pilotage Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006.

2. The Marine (Pilotage Fees) Regulations 1990 is amended by revoking Schedule 2 and substituting the following -

3	Examination fee:

	Class 1 Pilot	$103.00
	Class 2 Pilot	$92.70
	Class 3 Pilot	$82.40

4	Application for endorsement of further pilotage area on licence	$51.50

5	Revalidation fee:

	Class 1 Pilot	$51.50
	Class 2 Pilot	$41.20
	Class 3 Pilot	$30.90

2.	Issuance of pilotage licence;

	Class 1 Pilot	$51.50
	Class 2 Pilot	$41.20
	Class 3 Pilot	$30.90

3.	Re-assessment of a pilot	$51.50

4.	Replacement of a lost Pilot licence/certificate	$51.50"
