MARINE (LIGHT DUES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006
IN exercise of the powers
conferred upon me under Sections 166 and 212 of the Marine Act 1986, I make
these Regulations -
Citation
1. These Regulations may
be cited as the Marine (Light Dues) (Amendment) Regulations 2006.
Schedule amended
1. The Marine (Light Dues)
Regulations 1990 are amended by revoking the Schedule and substituting the
following -
