TO AMEND THE IMMIGRATION ACT, (9/92)

[1 December, 1992]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji.

Short title and commencement

1. This Act may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Act, 1992 and shall come into force on the 1st day of December, 1992.

Repeal of Immigration (Amendment) (No. 1) Decree, 1988

2. The Immigration (Amendment) (No. 1) Decree, 1988 is repealed.

Passed by the House of Representatives this ninth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-two.

Passed by the Senate this sixteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-two.
