AN ACT

TO AMEND THE FAMILY LAW ACT

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Family Law (Amendment) Act 2005.

Section 27(3) amended

2. The Family Law Act 2003 (Act No. 18 of 2003) is amended in section 27(3) by deleting "before the expiration of 2 years after" and substituting "after the expiration of 2 years from".

Passed by the Senate this 27th day of October 2005.
