AN ACT

TO AMEND THE FOREST ACT

[27 th March 1986]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Forest (Amendment) Act, 1986.

Advisory Board (Amendment of Section 4 of the Forest Act, Cap. 150)

2. Section 4 of the Forest Act is amended-

(a) in paragraph (2)(b) by deleting "six" and substituting "nine"; and

(b) in subparagraph (2)(b)(ii) by deleting "four" and substituting "seven".

Passed by the House of Representatives this twenty-fifth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-six.

Passed by the Senate this twenty-fourth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-six.
