AN ACT
TO AMEND THE CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT 1986
IN RESPECT OF CERTAIN ESSENTIAL BASIC ITEMS
[1st January 2006]
ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands -
Short title and commencement
1.-(1) This Act may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Essential Basic Items Amendment) (No.2) Act 2005 and shall come into force on 1st January 2006.
Schedule 2 to the Customs Tariff Act 1986 amended
2.-(1) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Customs Tariff Act 1986 is amended in the manner specified in the Schedule to this Act.

(2) Part 2 of Schedule 2 of the Customs Tariff Act 1986 is amended by-
(a) adding new code to the list of Codes after Code 127:
“128 Kerosene for household use"
(b) Inserting new concession code immediately after Code 127 as follows:
