AN ACT

TO AMEND THE COMPANIES ACT 2015

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji—

Short title and commencement

1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act 2019.

(2) This Act comes into force on a date appointed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.

Section 713A inserted

2. The Companies Act 2015 is amended after section 713 by inserting the following new section—

“Power to amend Schedules
713A. The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, amend Schedules 1 to 4.”.
