Signal for use in the control of vehicular traffic.
DIMENSIONS—
Lamp lenses shall not be less than 8" nor more than 8½" diameter. The centre of the lenses shall not be more than 14" apart. The normal height of the lower-most lens shall be from the centre of the lens to the roadway 7' 6"
COLOUR—
Lamp lenses shall be red (uppermost), amber (centre) and green (lowermost).

Signal for use in conjunction with traffic lights to indicate that vehicles may proceed in direction of arrow notwithstanding that traffic light signal may be at red.
