An Act to amend the Transport Act 1966

(10 July 1987

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Transport Amendment Act 1987 and shall be read with and deemed part of the Transport Act 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2. Speed Limits - The principal Act is amended by deleting the words set out in the first column in the Schedule wherever they occur and substituting the corresponding words set out opposite in the second column in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

This Act shall be administered in the Police Department.
