An Act to amend the Shipping Ordinance 1963

(9 July 1991

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Shipping Ordinance Amendment Act 1991 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Shipping Ordinance 1963 (hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance").

2. Meetings of the Board - Section 4 of the Ordinance is amended by inserting the following new section -

"Section 4A. Quorum - No business shall be transacted at any meeting or sitting of the Board if the number of members present is less than three."
