An Act to amend the International Companies Act 1981-82

The Parliament of the Cook Islands enacts as follows-

1. Title

This Act is the International Companies Amendment Act 2015.

2. Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day after the date it is assented to by Queen's Representative.

3. Principal Act amended

This Act amends the International Companies Act 1981-82.

4. Section 227(2) amended

Section 227(2) of the principal Act is amended by adding the following paragraph after paragraph (c) -

• "(d) the disclosure is information subject to section 54(1) of the Banking Act 2011 and the disclosure is made in accordance with section 54(2) or section 54(3) of the Banking Act 2011."
