An Act to revoke the Aitutaki Wharf Regulations

BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Assembly of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Aitutaki Wharf Regulations Revocation Act 1977.

2. Revocation of regulations

The following regulations are hereby revoked:

Regulations for the Use, Management and Control of the Wharf and Cargo-sheds at Arutanga, in the Island of Aitutaki, Cook Islands as dated 9th day of March 1925 and appearing in the New Zealand Gazette for the year 1925 on pages 736 and 737.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Trade, Industries, Labour and Commerce.
