An Act to amend the Aitutaki Motus Prohibition of Leases Act 1970

(1 May 1989

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in session assembled, and by authority of the same as follows:

1 Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Aitutaki Motus Prohibition of Leases Amendment Act 1989 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Aitutaki Motus Prohibition of Leases Act 1970 (herein referred to as "the principal Act").

2. Prohibition of leases - The Schedule to the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the words "Manuae" and "Te-Au-O-Tu".
