An Act to amend the Advocate-General Act 1967

(5 March 1975.

BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Assembly of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Advocate-General Amendment Act 1975 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Advocate-General Act 1967 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act").

2. Duties and powers of Advocate-General

The principal Act is hereby amended by repealing subsection (3) of section 4.

This Act is administered in the Office of the Advocate-General.
