An Act to amend the Cook Islands Act 1915


[23 November 1982


BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


1. Short Title—This Act may be cited as the Cook Islands Amendment Act 1982, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Cook Islands Act 1915 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).


2. Repeal of provisions no longer in force in Cook Islands—(1) The provisions of the principal Act specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed.


(2) The enactments specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed.
