Codes of Conduct

The codes listed below have been approved for internet publication by the relevant jurisdictions. Each Code has been developed and modified by taking into account domestic stakeholders and the judicial environment. As these differ from country to country, their application to Pacific Island states may be not be entirely adequate. Their appearance on PacLII is intended for information and guidance purposes only and to assist countries in undertaking similar endeavours. The Codes are subject to change at any time, as each country deems fit. Requests for further information regarding the Codes should be forwarded to the relevant jurisdiction.
